Since it’s establishment in 1969, P.J Tooling has attained enviable status as a quality company manufacturing precision cutting tools for the Automotive, Hydraulics, Defence and Aerospace industries. Port contour tools for Fluid Power & Instrumentation applications are now a key product but we manufacture all types of production tooling for both OEM’s and subcontractors involved in all sectors including Orthopaedic Surgery, Machine Tool & Marine. With approval to BS EN ISO 9002, a major strength is our highly experienced workforce and the skills acquired serving all areas of manufacturing over 30 years, now allied to the latest flexible CNC capacity to ensure consistent quality and competitive production costs. Additionally, we manufacture and supply associative tooling such as centres, tool holding equipment and special inserts as part of the overall service available to customers. |
