Services Cutters can be manufactured from Micrograin Carbide, HSS, Powder Metallurgy Steels, with Brazed or Indexable Inserts; all production and subcontract processes being supported by an approved quality assurance system to BS EN ISO 9001/2000. We are proud of our high levels of customer support built up over 30 years and supply many customers with “specials” from stock or on a call-off basis.Urgent production demands can often be met and produced from component data or CAD / DXF files if required in compliance with detailed requirements including Heat Treatment or PVD Coatings such as TiN or Aluminium Nitride. Regrinds A modification and regrind service is available for both HSS and Carbide tools with rapid response capacity for drills and round shank milling tools. |
