Tooling can be manufactured in Carbide, Brazed tip, HSS & PM Toolsteels, or Indexable Insert style on any shank configuration with optional PVD coatings and coolant feed. Whether to our design or in compliance with customer supplied specifications, all production and subcontract processes are supported by approval to ISO 9001:2008 quality standards. Tools can be reverse-engineered from samples or component details when required, from the simplest step drill or hand tool through to more complex form cutters.

Port Contour Tools - Hydraulic Industry

We cover all types of Port Cutters, covering the most common OEM applications for single operation reaming of manifold blocks, bodies and valves in a variety of materials such as Aluminium, Stainless, SG Iron and Exotics. Fluid Power port "specials" can be designed for Interpolation use also. Common port detail tools are available ex-stock or can be manufactured for call-off.

Regrind or Modify Service

Urgent requirements can be met by modification of standard or customer free issue tooling to supplement new manufacture items. A comprehensive regrind service is also available as part of the overall service with rapid response capacity on Round shank milling tools and drills.
